Wednesday a massive storm rolled through many of the Midwest states causing 12 deaths and many more injured. Harrisburg Illinois was the hardest hit with the tornado reaching wind speeds of 170mph killing six. The destruction path was three or four football fields wide and miles long. The storm left damage in Missouri and Kentucky with 100mph winds leaving homes and tractor trailers shredded and over turned. The twister that touched down in Tennessee left three dead and many more injured. The storm is predicted to calm down by the time it reaches the east coast with only a 5% chance of tornado's touching town.
